WWTP MBBR Upgrade

APS supported a client’s capacity expansion by delivering a control system solution for a newly installed Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) tank. Our scope included system design, panel fabrication, PLC/HMI programming, and full commissioning to integrate the new process seamlessly with existing operations. The solution was engineered to ensure reliable performance, optimized process control, and minimal disruption during startup. This upgrade enabled increased treatment capacity while maintaining operational stability and efficiency.
